Refund policy

Refund
Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if we have 14 days since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging without damaged. The return postage is paid by the buyer.

For unpacked and used goods within 14 days of purchase, a refund of 80% of the value of the goods without postage applies.

Other non-refundable items:
Gift cards, vouchers or activations fees
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

We require a confirmation or proof of purchase to complete the return.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are returned (if possible)
A book with obvious signs of use
A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if possible)
After we receive and review your returned item, we'll send you an email notifying you that we've received your return item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or declined.
If we approve, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if needed)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact the company that issued your credit card, it may take some time for your refund to be officially sent.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time to process before a refund is sent.

Sale items (if available)
Money can only be returned at normal prices, unfortunately it is not possible to return money for sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lmdsat@gmail.com and send your item to: LMD Satellite, 54 Thornbrooke, Ahoghill, Ballymena, BT42 1PZ, United Kingdom.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when you return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
